KLIVA – the new name for Fastighetsloggen! After four years as Fastighetsloggen, the company is changing its name to Kliva. “As a founder, it’s hard to change the name – four years of memories and discussions are deeply rooted,” says founder and CEO Martin Tannefors in Fastighetsnytt. “But you shouldn’t run from something, but towards something better – and Kliva feels right in the back of your mind.”
Kliva is a company working to increase transparency within the commercial real estate sector. Kliva helps real estate companies gather all information in one place, structure it, and ensure that the organization always has access to the most up-to-date data, enabling users to make more informed and data-driven decisions.In line with Martin’s statement, this is something we often encounter in our daily work.
Changing an established name is a challenge that stirs strong emotions. When we worked together with Martin, Malin and their team, it quickly became clear that we were dealing with a strong and committed group. Despite the emotional aspects, they managed to stay focused on the goal. The professional and pragmatic approach ultimately prevailed – and it is precisely this balance that usually leads to a successful outcome. KLIVA is an excellent and strong name that can last for a long time. It has a positive meaning in Swedish (to step, to brace forward, get the better of) also in the transferred meaning ‘to grow, become bigger, encompass more’. Furthermore, it is a catchy word with a strong initial letter (K = hard consonant, when followed by a hard vowel or letters such as ‘l’, r’ or similar consonants).
It was a rewarding naming project, and we wish KLIVA all the best in the future.
